Tamang Heritage Trek
Overview

The Tamang Heritage Trek is a famous trek that lies in the northern part of Nepal at an altitude of 3,860m above sea level. The trek mostly covers the pristine lifestyle of ethnic groups and the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains along with it. The journey begins from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi via drive, and the trek goes all the way to Kyanjin Gompa, which is the last summit point of the trek. As we move ahead in the higher altitudes, we get to experience the enchanted beauty of nature. The charming valleys are where towering snow-capped mountains are situated. From there, the turquoise-colored Langtang River flows steadily. We experience fantastic scenery all around.

Gradually, we enter Langtang National Park. The park is the abode of rare animals such as red pandas, ghoral, serow, musk deer, and more than 250 species of birds. The pak is also dense forests of chirpine, silver fir, hemlock, deciduous conifer, and many more. We will have a big opportunity to see them as our drive goes through there; it seems like a tunnel roadway. The landscapes are more thrilling and explorative. As we approach close to the Himalayan zone, we get marvelous views of Mt. Langtang, Mt. Ganesh, Mt. Langshisha, Yala Peak, and many more. The valley of Langtang Village, over the Tserko Ridge, is an excellent point for the sunrise view. The atmosphere seems to be pouring the beauty of nature on us.
