Overview

Mardi Base Camp is a wonderful trek and is listed in the category of a moderate trek. Which is located at an altitude of 4,500 m above sea level. The trail goes from Kathmandu to the eastern side and leads to the northern side of Pokhara.The trek has recently opened and has become the most famous among all the tourists. Mardi Base Camp is supposed to be the gem of biodiversity in nature. That covers the most thrilling trekking experiences and adds to its everlasting beauty. The trek gives insights into all the most eye-catching views of the Mount Annapurna ranges, Mount Machhapuchhre, Mount Mardi, Mount Dhaulagiri, and many more in a very short time and in a cost-effective way.

The Mardi Base Camp Trek highlights the excellent views of the hilly territory, which includes panromic scenery of lush valleys, relaxing turquoise rivers, and picturesque terraced lands. As the trek takes higher elevation, it offers hillside meadows and fabulous ridges in the midst of the majestic snow-capped mountains.

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our officials will already be there to welcome you to Tribhuvan International Airport. We will escort you to the hotel. Take a rest, and we will talk about the trip. In the remaining hours of the day, we stroll around Thamel. Thamel is the main tourism hub in Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.

We have an early morning breakfast and set off on the Kathmandu Tour. The tour consists of the major tourist places. The first stop on our visit will be the rich place of art and culture, Kathmandu Durbar Square. We go to the holy pilgrimage site, Pashupatinath. The surrounding area is quite peaceful compared to other places. Following the tour, we visit Boudhanath Stupa and the famous monkey temple, Swayambhunath Stupa. All these sites are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After concluding the day tour, we go back to the hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.

We take an early morning breakfast and board the luxurious tour bus. The highway's paved, winding roadways offer beautiful scenery all across. As the journey goes further ahead, the landscape becomes more beautiful and exciting. The drive mostly covers lush valleys, terraced lands, dense forests, and the turquoise-colored Trishuli River and the Marshyangdi River. We check into the hotel and take a rest. In the evening, we stroll around and enjoy the vibrant city of Pokhara. Pokhara is known as the city of pleasing lakes. The main attraction of Pokhara is Phewa Lake; walking around it is quite enjoyable. Overnight in Pokhara.

We wake up early in the morning and get ready for the sunrise view over the Annapurna Ranges, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Gangapurna, and Mt. Machhapuchhre. Which offers breathtaking views of all the Himalayas. We prepare to set off on our drive all the way to Phedi. As we board the Jeep, which goes through the black-topped road, we watch the views of the greenery valleys and picturesque sights of the mountains all around. We approach Phedi, then start our trek to Pothana. The ascending track gradually moves ahead into the higher levels. The quiet and easy hike goes through stone stairways into the thin foresty terrain. Finally, she takes us to Pothana. Overnight in Pothana.

We have breakfast in the morning and begin our trek, which leads to quite higher altitudes. Walking through the top hills around the rhododendron forests, the landscapes become more lovely and charming as we stretch our walks ahead. We see the snow-capped views of the towering Mt. Mardi, Mt. Machhapuchhre, and Mt. Annapurna Ranges in the far distances. Overnight in Forest Camp.

We wake up in the morning and have breakfast. We start the trek uphill through the thin rhododendron forests, which takes us to a steadily higher elevation of the trek. The walk is relatively moderate; the views of greenery are rather charming and take us to finally hillside meadows. Overnight in Low Camp.

We wake up in the morning and begin a slightly strenuous trek. The surrounding area includes meadows and valleys, but the snow-capped mountains are the most visible in closer views. The ascending trail goes ahead across the meadows; the terrain is rich in rare vegetation. Which leads to the high camp. Overnight in High Camp.

We wake up in the morning and wait to welcome the sunrise views. As the sun offers the first yellowish glimpse over the Mt. Annapurna Ranges, Mt. Machhapuchhre, and Mt. Mardi, it will be a stunning scene all around. We take photos there and enjoy the most beautiful moments. Then we begin our trek up to our final destination. The trail is quite strenuous across the snow. Finally, we reach Mardi Himal Base Camp. From the base camp, we observe the impressive views of Mt. Mardi and Mt. Machhapuchhre in very close proximity. Mt. Gangapurna and the Annapurana Ranges are far from there. We cover all of them. Next, we descend back to High Camp. Overnight in High Camp.

We wake up in the morning and enjoy the sunrise views once again, then depart downhill to go to Siding Village. The trek goes through hillside meadows, blooming dense rhododendron forests, soothing streams, hilly terraced lands, and lush valleys. The section of the lower trek is much easier. Overnight in Siding Village.

We wake up in the morning and begin the downhill trek all the way to Lumre. As we go through the panoramic views of the lush valleys, soothing streams, and trouble-free walk, we finally reach Lumre. We board the vehicle. The pave-winding journey offers beautiful landscapes in all directions that lead to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, we check in at the hotel and take a rest. We set out to visit Pokhara. The beautiful city offers many attractions for visitors. We head toward Phewa Lake for adventurous boating and visit the Tal Barahi Temple along the way. In the remaining hours, we wander the streets of Pokhara until the night. Overnight in Pokhara.

We wake up in the morning and observe the eye-catching sunrise views over Mt. Machhapuchhre, the Annapurna Ranges, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and Mt. Hiuchuli once again from the hotel. We check out of the hotel and get on the luxurious bus, which goes directly to Kathmandu. The highway follows ahead through the vegetation valleys of landscapes, the turquoise-colored Trishuli River, and the agricultural terraced lands. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.

We wake up in the morning and have our favorite breakfast. We will drop you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport before three hours. Thank you so much for visiting Nepal, and have a good flight.
