We wake up in the morning and set out for the ascent hike to the Everest View Hotel to see the serene view of mountains like Mount Everest, Mount Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Everest View Hotel is an excellent view point to see those mountains in very close proximity. We further head toward Sagarmatha National Park. The park is a conservation area for Himalayan tahr, musk deer, snow leopard, red panda, and more than 118 species of birds, such as blood pheasants, snowcocks, and so on.
For further exploration of our trek, we go to Khumjung village to learn the secret information about the Yeti scalp that is kept in the Khumjung monastery. Then go to the nearby Kunde village and visit Hillary School and Hospital (Sir Edmund Percival Hillary, the first person from New Zealand to have confirmed summiting Mount Everest).
We go back to Namche Bazaar. The town sits in the lap of the engrossing Himalayas and offers most of the modern facilities required for tourists. Such as wifi, shops, bakari, budget-to-luxurious accommodations, and so on. We visit the remaining time to explore the Namche Bazaar and taste the local-made cheese, milk, and thupa. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.We wake up early in the morning to view the most beautiful and intriguing gems of our trek. The morning view of Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and many other peaks is quite spectacular. We begin an hour-long hike to visit Greenery Tengboche village, where the largest Tengboche monastery is located in the Everest region. We enter the Tengboche monastery, see the colorful art decorations, and experience the religious surroundings.
Tengboche village is known as the birthplace of Mount Everest climber Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, the first person from Nepal to summit Mount Everest. After visiting Tengboche village, we move ahead to Monjo village through the rugged trails, suspension bridges, and lush forests. We reach Manjo village in the evening. Overnight in Monjo.
