Overview
Chitwan is located in the southern part of Kathmandu, Nepal, at an altitude of 415 m above sea level. The geography is subtropical lowlands, and the most suitable time to visit is from September to April because of the favorable temperatures. There are a few major attractions for tourists, such as the Chitwan Jungle Safari exploration, the ultimate sunset views from Sauraha, and the Tharu unique cultural program. Chitwan Jungle Safari is popularly known for observing the rare animals of one-horned rhinoceros and royal Bengal tigers. The park is also the habitat of many wildlife animals, such as wild elephants, four-horned antelopes, gaurs, leopards, and more than 525 types of birds. Chitwan National Jungle is a prominent park for educational tours and sightseeing. The lush park covers a very large area where visitors can enjoy a jungle safari by watching the activities of wild animals and birds throughout the day. Chitwan Jungle Safari is admired because of its very close proximity to Kathmandu, where we can get out of the hectic life and spend the day peacefully wandering. Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will already be there to receive you. We will directly transfer you to the hotel. Take a rest and freshen up. We wake up in the morning and have breakfast. We begin our first place tour at the most historically and culturally prominent place, Kathmandu Durbar Square. We move ahead toward the Pashupatinath Temple. The lush surroundings of the temple are even complemented by the beautiful architecture. By following our day tour, we visit Boudhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath Stupa. The stupas have a unique architecture of artifacts. After concluding the day tour, we go back to the hotel. We carry on our tour and wait for the ultimate views of the sunset from the bank of the Rapti River in Sauraha, Chitwan.
