Mount Everest, known in Nepali as Sagarmāthā is Earth’s highest mountain, located in the Himalayas.
Mount Everest attracts many climbers, some of them highly experienced mountaineers. There are two main climbing routes, one approaching the summit from the southeast in Nepal (known as the “standard route”) and the other from the north in Tibet, China.
Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary made the first official ascent of Everest in 1953, using the southeast ridge route. Since then , there are numerous attempts to summit Mount Everest.
This trek will give you the opportunity to explore the local Sherpa Culture and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains.
Arrival in Kathmandu, welcome by representative of Himalayan Glow Treks & Expedition and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu to Lukla which takes around 35 minutes. From Lukla, you will head towards Phakding (2652 m). Taking 35 minutes of flight to Lukla. Going from Lukla to Phakding, where you can see magnificence beauty of Kusum Kangaru, Mt Kwondge and you pass a couple of tea houses. Overnight Phakding.
The trail proceeds along the Dudhakoshi waterway. You cross anther suspension bridgein Larja Dobhan. From here the trail moves to soak staircase through pine forest. The trail climbs until Namche Bazaar through the high woods. You will be delighted to see Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazzar.
Acclimatization is important before continuing to a higher or lower elevation. It is good to take a short day climb to Khumjung. The trail goes down half and hour to the Khumjung town, the town of Sherpas, the common notable climbers.
After breakfast in Namche the trail marginally goes up to Namche and lead you to Tengboche by means of Sanasa and straightforwardly descends to Dudh Koshi River. After crossing the long bridge then the trail rises through the pine trees. The brilliant perspective of Kangtega right half of the trail. Two and half hour walking you will touch base to Tengboche.
From Tengboche trail move down towards Deboche. After Deboche, the trail turns out to be extremely wonderful. You will feel exceptionally good. Here you have opportunities to see Musk deer and the great view of Ama Dablam. Overnight in Dingboche.
Today is the rest day at Dingboche. After the breakfast we climb to Chhukung town. In transit you see Yak Kharka with wide meadow territory. The Chukung valley is encompassing by eminent high mountains and Glacier Lakes. From this valley you can see Island Peak. Back to Dingboche.
From Dingboche the trail scale 20m over the village. From here you can see all encompassing perspective of Khumbu Mountains including Mt, Makalu. Tea break in Dughla. From here trail goes slowly up to the Lobuche. Overnight in Lobuche.
This morning you may feel very cold because temperature may go down – 2 to 3 degree Celsius. The trail is harsh and frosty in some part. Also, you land to Gorak Shep (5140m/16859ft). Right now the temperature is about 10 to 15 degree Celsius. You may feel weariness. Eat and rest in Gorak Shep (5140m/16859ft).
After Lunch climb towards to the Everest base camp (5364m/17594ft). The trail is restricted and rough with the goal that we recommend trekkers to gather their mind in trail before venturing. The Everest base camp is climbing and during each time on the grounds that Khumbu icy glacier is moving to the down. In Everest base camp you can’t spend your overnight because there is no tea houses. Just trekkers stay around evening time in camp who are moving to Mt. Everest. Spend thirty minutes there take photographs for your memory. Overnight in Gorak Shep.
At a young hour toward the beginning of the day begin move to the Kalapatthar. After about two and half hour climbing, you will reach over the Kalapatthar. Kalapatthar is one of the prime focuses for the big perspective of Mount Everest (8848m). Enjoy the view of Mt. Everest and other mountains. Overnight in Pheriche.
We go down quickly through pine forests where we can without much of a stretch spot goats, pheasants and other wild animals to the region. The way in the end reaches Sansa from where we can enjoy perspectives of Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Nuptse mountains. Overnight in Namche.
We start our trek to Namche Bazaar today on a rough landscape. It is for the most part a declining trek on a trail close by the Dudh Koshi River. We cross a few suspension bridges, go by a few religious communities and towns before reaching Lukla. Overnight in Lukla.
You should pack up at a young hour early in the day. We take a breakfast and climb down to Lukla airport. Take a flight to Kathmandu.
